The author, Ajahn Mahā Boowa, dozing at midday, dreamed Ajahn Mun scolded him for sleeping like a pig. Ajahn Mun interpreted it as Dhamma’s warning against pig-like tendencies and laziness, encouraging him not to fear his teacher but to fear evil. He also taught that repeating Buddho continuously brings back a wandering mind, like food bringing a dog home, ending meditation decline.
